P90X Thursday and Friday

Thursday - Shoulder and Arms

Food: Shredded Wheat, Wendy's Asian Boneless Wings, baked potato (sour cream and chives), lemonade, McDonald's fruit smoothie, grilled chicken sandwich, strawberry milkshake, protein shake

Friday - Yoga (I tried Yoga, but wasn't flexible, so I went and did a spin class at the gym)

Food: Eggs and toast, can of tuna, sun chips, protein shake, had dinner at Bella's Kountry Kitchen - small salad, steam veggies, fried catfish, and shrimp, strawberry/banana yogurt

Grill Chicken is better than breaded. What did you eat today which is Saturday??? Love you.

So how are the fruit smoothies at McDonald's?? I haven't tried them yet.
