Today I was busy covering politics . . . First stope was in Lenoir City, TN where I meet a cool politcal supporter. I then traveled 3 hours to Nashville and did live shots at the Vanderbuilt Marriott with Lt. Governor Ron Ramsey. He was running in the Republican Primary (He didn't get enough votes to go on).

Dear Josh--are you sore? How long do you have to exercise each day? I havn't walked since I got home--it is so hot down here--triple digits almost every day. I may have to go back to the mall. I love you. Mama
The work out are about a hour a day -so its not bad - but I can really feel it.
