I have fallen behind with my blogging.
I have done P90X faithfully . . . my diet on the other hand has suffered.
I bought a small supreme pizza for dinner Monday night. Had it for dinner Tuesday night too. I drank my protein shakes after my workouts.
I am getting back to healthy food today, but lunch suffered. I had a grape soda, crackers with peanut butter, and a beef jerky stick. I plan to have veggies and chicken for dinner.
What did you eat today? I want to hear what is in your diets.

cereal . . . lots & lots of cereal . . . that's my dieting on most occassions. :) I am proud of you!! If you're exercising everyday . . . you are sure to be burning a LOT of calories. Go Josh!
I am only answering because you asked, not because I agree with the fact that I have to read about what you ate and how long you worked out every day. BORING! C'mon, you are a freakin' reporter...you gotta have more interesting things to talk about.
Today I ate, three small donuts and a glass of milk for breakfast, and a huge salad for lunch. It was yummy. I've had nothing else and I am hungry. It's 9:00 and we still haven't had dinner because we had lunch at 3.
I love summer.
Yesterday I did not eat my breakfast which was a "no-no"--I had a eye doc. appt at 8:00 AM--so I got out of his office at about 10:30 I was starving. I had a pkg. of Mentos and ate the whole thing on my way to Walmart where I bought a large package of tropical trail mix and snacked on that all the way back to Nac. I did better once I got home. I ate a bowl of Raisin Bran and some homemade veggie soup with crackers that Grandpa McK. had made and a banana and a handful of peanuts and some grapes. :) I walked two miles last night and plan to go walk right now. It is 7:17 AM. I have to get my pepperspray and cell and off I will go. Love you Josh. Mama
